All goods offered
for sale on this website are of satisfactory quality
and meet any description of them. Whilst every effort
as been made to accurately reproduce the colours and
dimensions of the paintings, variation in both user
settings and monitors may cause fluctuation under some
circumstances for which Sandra Hugill
cannot be held responsible. Sandra Hugill reserves the right to alter without notice or
prior warning, products, prices and conditions of sale.
Stocking,
Availability and Delivery
All paintings offered
by Sandra Hugill on this website, are ALWAYS stocked
by me and none are displayed in galleries. Frames are manufactured locally upon demand.
Paintings, which are sold are removed from
sale immediately. For this
reason, I am normally able to prepare and despatch
your order within seven working days of receiving it.
Only in exceptional circumstances, such as holidays,
should there be any exception to this timetable.
Delivery
Costs
I am currently offering free delivery on UK shipments valued at over £100- for this service I am using Parcel Force 48. For orders of less than £100, I will still have to charge for UK delivery and I will use Royal Mail sign for recorded delivery service, depending on weight. All overseas shipments will still be charged for delivery.
All orginial painting shipments to UK addresses are
made using a tracked or signed-for service. Please,
therefore ensure that someone is available to sign for
and accept the shipment at the addresses offered for
delivery. In most circumstances, my carriers will leave
a card and make a further call to deliver items if they
cannot do so at first attempt. I do offer the option
of delivery to an alternative delivery address at checkout;
if this is more suitable or convenient to you - then
please use it.
Please note that a delivery charge will be levied if
the items are returned to me for repeat shipment.
If you have any urgent or special delivery requirements,
then please contact me by telephone - before you place
an order.
Tax Charges
I am not VAT registered,
so tax will not be applied to my charges.
Copyright
Copyright to the image of the painting remains the property of Sandra Hugill. If you wish to use the painting image, once purchased, for any other reason (ie letter heading etc), then permission should be sought from Sandra Hugill, who may decide to charge a fee for this use. Permission to use a painting for commercial reasons should always be sought and a fee will be charged.
Invoice
and Delivery
Except during
holiday periods when there may be a short delay, I normally prepare your order within 7 working days of receipt.
A commercial invoice will be included with the order.
As soon as I have despatched your order, I will send
you an e-mail to advise you that it is on its way to
you.
My office is located in a rural area, so please allow
2 working days for delivery of UK orders.
Please note that I cannot give any guarantees on delivery.
If you have an urgent requirement, please contact me prior to placing an order and discuss it with me .
Cancellation
My customers are
perfectly entitled to cancel an order that they place
with me. As my mounts and frames are specially manufactured and
assembled to order I request that my customers ensure
that they are familiar with the product and product
specifications before they place an order.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance
Selling) Regulations 2000, cancellation must be made
in writing and delivered within ten working days of
the date of receipt of the goods. Customers are responsible
for the shipping costs of returning any goods.
I will make a full refund of the cost of goods as soon
as notification of cancellation has been received and
the goods returned. Please ensure that if you should
want to return a painting it is in perfect
condition and free from fingermarks and the frame and glazing are undamaged.
Guarantee
Sandra Hugill
guarantees 100% satisfaction. All of my products come
with a 10 day no-quibble guarantee. If you are not satisfied
with my products, or if they arrive in a damaged or
unmerchantable condition, then please notify me immediately
and I will replace them if possible. Alternatively I will provide a full credit including postal charges
to your credit card upon safe receipt of the returned
goods. Any damages and shortages must be advised within
10 days of receipt of your order.
Please note that this guarantee is additional
to, and in no way affects, your statutory rights as
a consumer.
Privacy
Policy
Sandra Hugill
does not disclose information about her customers to
third parties.
Cookies are used on my shopping site only to speed
up your shopping experience and keep track of the contents
of your shopping basket once you have selected an item.
If you place an order with me then
I collect from you the following information: Billing
name and address, Shipping name and address, Shipping
phone number, e-mail address. Credit card information
will only be collected for telephone or mail order orders.
I only use these details to keep you up to date with
the progress of your order and deliver your products.
I of cmy se adhere to the requirements of the UK Data
Protection Acts 1984 and 1998.
It is NOT my policy to bother you
with details of offers and product news. The 'Remember
Me' option of the foot of my shopping page is for your
convenience only.

Payment
Sandra Hugill only accept payment in UK Pounds Sterling.
Payment can be made using PayPal, a simple, flexible
secure system offering the customer additional benefits
including payment protection.
If you prefer, send me an order through the post. Payment
can then be made either by sending a cheque or by supplying
credit/debit card information.

Disputes
Contracts formed
between Sandra Hugill and her customers shall be governed
in all respects by English law and all customers hereby
